Aylin Özalp

Aylin Özalp is the co-director of The Black Sea Foundation.

She specialises in growing fledgling and small-to-medium, non-profit organisations by co-designing development strategies and team structures, closing partnerships, fundraising, and representation in online and offline event programmes.

Aylin holds a BSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
